MEDIC Training Solutions
Courses

.

At MEDIC Training Solutions, we offer a wide variety of continuing education and certification courses for prehospital, nursing and allied health personnel. All of our courses are taught by certified instructors using the latest guidelines and equipment. We try to tailor each course to the needs of our participants, so if you don’t see what you need here, we can probably design something to fit your needs.

Our overriding philosophy in teaching is that students can’t learn under stress. We believe that learning is best accomplished between fits of laughter, and that a relaxed student will be more receptive to learning. So we teach the material in depth, but we keep the atmosphere light so you won’t spend the day worrying how arduous the test is going to be. The bottom line is, this stuff is far too important to take seriously!

MEDIC Training Solutions also offers in-house EMT and Refresher courses, taught on-site at your facility. Check back with us soon about the status of our Paramedic Program.

ACLS
Our Advanced Cardiac Life Support courses are taught in a variety of formats, all adhering to the standards and guidelines of the American Heart Association. We believe that every provider participating in resuscitation should understand the fundamentals of ACLS. From Emergency Department physician and RNs to LPNs and Basic EMTs, we’ve got an ACLS course that fits your needs. Our basic ACLS course covers the 10 core ACLS cases and more, while our courses for less-experienced providers covers the basics, plus reviews on EKG rhythm recognition and emergency cardiovascular pharmacology. Each ACLS course requires a current Healthcare Provider CPR card or equivalent. Download an ACLS Pretest for an upcoming course here, or go off- site for some ACLS practice. IF you need a review on EKG rhythm recognition, try the off-site rhythm tutor.
